Polka Dots and Lollipops, LLC is owned by a mom of two boys and second mom to several other littles who wanted to offer quality children’s clothing and toys to other families for low prices! It has been established since 2007. Polka Dots and Lollipops is run by former Polka Dots shopper, consigner, and volunteer who is dedicated to making each sale bigger and better for  consignors and shoppers! Amy was born and raised in Texarkana, Arkansas. Amy has two sons, John and Joseph who also love Polka Dots and Lollipops. I realize how expensive it is to raise a family and am always striving to bring more quality items to Polka Dots shoppers for reasonable prices! We love the Texarkana area and want to contribute to its growth and prosperity. I believe that God has blessed us with a great opportunity and we give back to the community through donating to For the Sake of One Ministry, a foster and orphan care ministry. Each of us play a vital role in making Polka Dots and Lollipops successful, but we also believe that it is you, the consignor; the shopper; the volunteer that makes this all possible. So each one of us, consignors, volunteers, and supports, from Polka Dots and Lollipops wants to say thank you for believing in and supporting us! And remember Friends don't let friends pay retail!
