CONSIGN IN 4 EASY STEPS!

Anyone can become a consignor and earn between 70% to 85% of their sales!

 

A minimum of 15 items is required in order to consign. There is a maximum of 100 items per consignor number, so be sure to select your best items so that you can make the most money! If you have more than 100 high quality items you can register for an additional consignor number. You will have to use a different email address than your other consignor number(s) and on your first name include a space after your name. This extra character will make your name look unique to our system.

 

Polka Dots and Lollipops, LLC strives to maintain the highest quality of clothing available. Please do not enter items that will not pass the inspection process in order to max out your inventory.

Drop-off Appointments

  • Please allow adequate time for checking all your items in and placing them out on the floor. The check in process can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 45 minutes depending on the amount of items you have and how many people are checking in at the same time.

  • In order to make this process as quick as possible, please follow the tagging and hanging instructions properly. Also sort your items by gender and size for quicker placement.

  • Please do not be offended if we send some of your items back home with you. We will be inspecting every item very closely to maintain the quality of the sale. We reserve the right to refuse any item that we feel may not sell. We want to ensure that we have quality merchandise.

Fees and Percentages

  • As a consignor you will receive 70% of all your sales.

  • $9.50 consignor fee will be deducted from your check.

 

Pick-up time is Sunday, March 1st from 11am to 2pm.

  • This is the ONLY time that you may pick up your items.

  • NO items will be released prior to scheduled pick up time.

  • If you do not want to pick up your remaining items please remember to mark Donate on your tag.

  • Please remember that any items left after 2:00 pm on Sunday will become the property of Polka Dots and Lollipops and will be donated and picked up by a local charity.

 

Payment

  • Your check will be available for pick up on Sunday, after the sale.

  • If you choose not to pick up your check, notify us during check in and $1.00 will be withheld from your check to cover postage and handling.

  • We will mail your check to you within one week.

  • Please make sure that we have your updated address to ensure prompt payment.

  • For the protection of our customers, checks will only be given to you or your husband and you must have a valid ID at time of pick up.
