Volunteer Opportunities

Consigning in the sale automatically qualifies you to shop the Early Shop Sale .

But….. wouldn’t you rather be the FIRST to shop all of the great bargains and merchandise?
Shop the Worker’s Preview Party by consigning and fulfilling one of these requirements:

1. Work one 3 hour shift.
2. Work two 3 hour shifts plus consign and you can earn 75% of your sales on one consignor number.
3. Advertise by handing out flyers (allow 2 hours) in designated areas.
   

Volunteer Requirements

• Must be on time and fulfill entire shift.
• Please do not bring children with you during your scheduled shift.
• Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to fulfill your shift. If you cancel your shift after you have participated in the Presale Shop, you will not be able to attend future Presale Shop events with Polka Dots and Lollipops.
  

NONCONSIGNORS CAN SHOP EARLY TOO! Work two 3 hour shifts and qualify to shop the Worker's Preview Party.

1/2 PRICE PRE-SHOP SALE: You can qualify to shop at this sale by working a 3 hour shift during the following times:

Tuesday Feb 21st, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm (SET-UP Time)
Wednesday Feb. 22nd, 8:00 am to 11:00 am (SET-UP Time)
Saturday Feb. 25th, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm (SORTING and TEAR DOWN Time)

Working during any of the set-up, sorting, tear down or check out times qualifies to earn a pass to shop at the Worker's Preview Party on Thursday and the 1/2 Price Pre-shop sale on Saturday! The Set-Up and Tear Down Shifts require some lifting, please consider this when choosing your shifts. Remember you can send your husbands or dads to work any of the set-up or tear down shifts and still earn your pass!

We will issue you a shopping pass at check-in that you MUST have to enter the Worker's Preview Party or Early Shop Sale.  We expect you to fulfill your obligation if your work shift falls after the Worker’s Preview Party or Early Shop Sale. If you do not work your shift, you will not be allowed to participate in the early shop sales at our next event. Your pass allows you and your husband, mother or children under 18 years old to shop during your designated time. Please make sure that your children are accompanied by an adult at all times.

Moms 2 B Early Shop Sale is starting at 7:30 pm. You can qualify to shop at this time by signing up for New Moms Presale Registration. Your name will be checked off at the door for admittance into the sale. Our definition of a mom to be is from pregnancy until baby is 6 months old.
