How does this work?
Anyone can become a consignor and earn 70% of all their sales! A minimum of 15 items is required in order to consign. There is a maximum of 100 items per consignor number, so be sure to select your best items so that you can make the most money! If you have more than 100 high quality items you can register for an additional consignor number. Polka Dots and Lollipops, LLC strives to maintain the highest quality of clothing available. Please do not enter items that will not pass the inspection process in order to max out your inventory.
We are No longer accepting these items: Formals, hair bows, VHS tapes, drop side cribs, Faded Glory or Garanimals brand clothing.
Items Accepted
No items under recall will be accepted. Please check the following website http://www.cpsc.gov/cgi-bin/prod.aspx for recall information. We encourage you to join the CPSC mailing list for instant updates for all recalls. You can join by entering your Email address in the CPSC widget in right hand margin. We want to ensure that our children and their environment are safe so be aware of the items you are consigning.
All clothing must be in good condition. While sorting through your clothing and other items, identify whether items would be best suited for consignment, a garage sale, or donation. We
do not accept clothing that is outdated, faded, stained or that has holes
or tears. All fasteners must be intact and in good working order. We
reserve the right to refuse any items that we think may not sell. We
will inspect all items to ensure the quality of our sale. Items not accepted
will be sent home with the consignor, so please be sure to consign your
best items. There is a $3.00 minimum on items. If you think that an item
you want to consign does not meet the $3.00 minimum, you may combine
it with other same size items. Pairing same size items on one hanger
allows you to consign more of your quality items and increase your total
sales. Please do not pair more than 4 items together on one hanger.

Stride Rite, Abercrombie, Robeez, Strasburg and Easter outfits.

Spring and Summer clothing in sizes newborn to boys/girls size 16
Junior Size Designer Brand Jeans (Citizens of Humanity, Seven, Big Star, Miss Me, Rock and Republic, True Religion, etc.)
Maternity Clothing (trendy, up to date clothing; no more than 10 items)
Dancewear
Swim wear
Lightweight jackets and sweaters
Easter outfits
Shoes (in excellent condition, no signs of wear)
- Baby and Child Accessories
Nursing/ Feeding supplies(bottles must BPA free), NEW burp cloths and bibs, diaper bags, blankets, Diaper genies, wipe warmers, potty chairs, bed rails, bath seats, etc. (These items must be clean and in sanitary condition)
Belts, ties, hats, etc.
NEW hooded towels and other bath accessories.
- Bedding and Room Décor
All items must be in an infant/child theme: Picture frames, lamps, mobiles, rugs,
Bedding sets, sheets, nap sacks, pillows, etc.
All bedding items must be in a large, sealed plastic bag to ensure that all your items stay clean and together. You may purchase bags from Polka Dots and Lollipops for $3.00 a bag.
- Toys, books and videos
All toys must have all pieces and be in working order.
Battery operated toys will not be accepted without batteries installed. This will assure customers
that the toy is working appropriately.
Outdoor playground equipment in good condition.
Bikes, tricycles, wagons
DVDs must be in their original covers.
No stuffed animals, unless they are electronic.
No recalled toys will be accepted. Please check the following website www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/category/toy.html to make sure that none of your items are listed.
- Baby/Child Equipment
Strollers, walkers, swings, Bumbos, Exersaucers, play mats, activity
tables, highchairs, booster seats, jumpers, bikes, cribs(NO DROP SIDE CRIBS ACCEPTED), toddler beds, changing tables, rockers, bassinets, pack-n-plays, etc.
Car seats that are less than 5 years old and have never been in a car
accident. Please check the following website www.carseat.org/Recalls/179NP.pdf to make sure that your car seat
has not been recalled. You will be required to sign a car seat waiver and all car seats will be inspected thoroughly.
All equipment must be clean, smoke free and in good condition.
Please make sure that all small pieces are attached to equipment securely.
